(r u sure cuz all that nicotine is in ur body and in ur body fat)where even in ten years even without smoking the changes will still ocurr.It will take over 20-30 years 4 the body to take all that nicotine 4rm ur body. the tar in ur lungs is made by the glue made in cigarettes. the term if it has gone worst is (black lung diese) a long damage which can damage thinking constration ad lack of confieeince! i did this out of school!! lolz!! |

 | Kamusta mo ko kay Pa and Manoy T? eh kinakamusta nya ako...ito aus lang!!! pakisabi huwag syang makulit dyan...relax lang...at salamat sa lahat lahat! take lots of pics ha! kasi 1988 pa ako di nakakauwi dyan...grabe noh! as in wala pang electricity that time..3rd yr high school ata ako! its been so long..katakot kasi ang waves eh! super takot ako sa dagat to think I was born sa island ha! hehe!he! too many nakakatakot na experiences kasi...but say Hi to Kiliko...Inday...sino pa ba...an sapa (creek)beside the haus! ung balimbing! chico, avocado, saging,umm and the rest of the fruit clan...ha!ha!ha! meron pa ba fruits sa garden? pics ha! ingat lagi! luv u! |
